Former President of the Philippines Corazon Aquino died for colon cancer. She was the first lady president in the Philippines and I believe in the whole world as well. She was battling for colon cancer for about more than a year until she refused to accept some treatment. Well chemotherapy is not really helping if your body is too weak to receive it. Anyway she died last August 1st. All Filipinos around the world was saddened by her death. May he rest in peace!

ladynred_health A flu or cold spreads through coughing and sneezing or touching too. Also anything that has been touched by someone infected with the virus. Such surfaces include hands, toys, doorknobs, and publickly used buttons like banking machines and elevators. Also gorocery carts, hospital, clinic.
Cold & Flu Season
October 1st, 2008 ladynred_health It seems like everywhere I go people got colds and sore throat. I guess because the weather is changing now into cold. Well, for me it’s one of my favorite season. I just love the color you know! Anyway to avoid this sickness just take care of yourself. Eat the right food, make sure you wash them properly. If possible buy organic stuff. If not then choose the produce that don’t have a lot of pesticides. Make sure you have enough sleep. Wash your hands all the time. That’s all for now and have a great Fall!

September 19th, 2008 ladynred_health Hello! Well, it’s been quite a while that I haven’t post anything here. How are you doing these days? Is your health ok? Are you eating well? As for me Thank God I’m healthy. I tried to eat regularly as much as I could. With my busy and crazy schedule I don’t get to eat on time. Well as I said i tried!
