When you start a diet we are told to drink a lot of water. Does it really do any good? Well it seems to help the master’s fill up. Some thinks that it helps control their weight by drinking water. I’m sure alcohol doesn’t help at all so I think water is the best. I guess try to drink 8 glasses of water each day. Keep a glass or bottle on your desk at all times. You can add a twist of lemon or lime to make the drink interesting and refreshing.
