Herbal tea is always available in my home and Rooibos is one of our favorite one. Though I have other favorites aside from this. Rooibos contains calcium, iron, fluoride, magnesium, zinc, potassium. I have been drinking Rooibos tea for a very long time and I love it. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free that’s why is all I drink when I was pregnant.
